In July Tim Harman spent the month in Canada.
He made the most of the Rockies and did some high altitude training. One of the photos below shows Tim on the bike at 2000m above sea level.
Whilst Tim was in Canada he did a few races on the road bike. Most of the racing is crits on very short and hilly courses. Tim didn’t do so well but used the racing as great training rides.
Tim also spent a lot of time supporting Lisa Tasa as she was racing for TREK / Red Truck Racing.
